Turkish style roast coffee is a unique preparation method that involves finely grinding coffee beans, often using Arabica varieties, to a powder-like consistency. This coffee is typically roasted to a medium or dark level, enhancing its rich flavors and aromas. In traditional Turkish coffee preparation, the finely ground coffee is mixed with water and sugar (if desired) in a special pot called a cezve or ibrik, then slowly heated over low flame. The coffee is served unfiltered, allowing the grounds to settle at the bottom of the cup.
