Delivery Information
- Kisaonline.com takes utmost care to ensure all products to be delivered are in excellent condition. We would like to keep things simple. You place order, choose your preferred delivery, checkout and receive your delivery!
- It is our top priority to minimize your effort involved with supermarket shopping! Hence we believe in taking great care as we process each order.
- Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery – work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone.

Delivery Charges:
- Kisaonline.com offers a FREE delivery service for all orders if order amount is above AED 50 for Dubai, Sharjah and AED 250 for other emirates. For orders with value less than AED 50, there will be a delivery charge of AED 15 for Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman. For other emirates, if the order value is less than AED 250, there will be a delivery charge of AED 25.

Delivery Timings:
- We deliver every day from 9:00AM and 8:00PM. All orders received by Kisaonline.com till 2:00 PM everyday are processed on the same day or next day.
- While purchasing your item(s), please remember to provide us with a mobile phone number. Our dedicated delivery team will call you when they're on their way to give you an estimated time of arrival. They will deliver all the items to your doorstep.

Confirmation of an Order:
- An order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you provided when you place an order.
- All orders will be delivered by our own staff using our own vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver within the time, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
- At Kisaonline.com, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time or if you would like to change the time of delivery etc.
Confirmation of an Order:
- Products at Kisaonline.com are readily available for sale as long as they are in stock. Customers are notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled currently.
